By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a legally binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
3. Use of Services
Our services are provided for business and professional purposes only.
You agree not to misuse our services, including attempting to reverse-engineer, resell without authorization, or engage in unlawful activity.
Any integration with third-party tools (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Magento, WordPress, telephony systems, etc.) remains subject to the terms of those platforms.
4. Payment & Fees
All fees for services will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.
Payments are due as per the invoicing terms specified by BTOBBoost.
Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, software, designs, training material, and documentation provided by BTOBBoost remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their own data but grant BTOBBoost a license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement.
BTOBBoost may use aggregated, anonymized data for research and service improvement purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
BTOBBoost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
While we strive for accuracy and performance, we cannot guarantee specific business results (e.g., sales growth, lead conversion, ranking improvements)
8. Third-Party Services
Our solutions may integrate with third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations caused by these third parties.
You are responsible for maintaining valid licenses and accounts with these providers unless otherwise agreed.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
BTOBBoost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in case of non-payment, misuse, or breach of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
BTOBBoost reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
